Bibian Kanayo Aloba (ACIS) holds LL.B, B.L (Hons) from Edo State University, Ekpoma, Edo State, and B.L (Hons) from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. She has worked at Technocrime Nigeria Limited as company secretary, Corbik Nominees (The company Secretarial firm of C.I Anyaegbunam & co) rendering company secretarial services to clients, C.I Anyaegbunam & Co as a Counsel, Law House Solicitors as Solicitor. She has gained enormous exposure in soliciting and company secretarial matters, and is engaged in Corporate/Commercial Law…….
OLATUBOSUN ALOBA, MBA, LLM.
Olatubosun Aloba, has over two decades work experience. He started his working career with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) where he excelled gloriously before resigning to join Silverage Limited a global player in the corporate gifts industry as the Accounts/Admin Manager. While in the services of Silverage, he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager before resigning in 2008. Amongst his numerous certificates are HND in Accountancy (Upper Credit) from the prestigious Lagos State Polytechnic, Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Master in Laws (LLM) from Lead City University, professional development certificate in commercial mediation and graduate diploma in theology. In 2020, he participated in the Harvard Business School Online business lessons as one of the 3000 globally selected cohorts. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
