OUR SERVICES
PROCURING OF COMPANY DETAILS
This we do at the Corporate Affairs Commission where details on a company, its structure and activities are obtained for the purpose of authenticity of documentation and clarification.
INVESTIGATION ON LAND TITLE/PROPERTY DETAILS
Investigations on the title to Land/Property are carried out at site and at the various Land Registries/Offices and Housing Authorities.
COMPANY SECRETARIAL (ROUTINE)
- Attendance at Board meetings and company’s general meetings
- Preparation of notices and agenda for Board and company’s general meetings
- Preparation and circulation of the minutes of meetings
- Preparation and filing of annual, S. 636 and other statutory returns with the Corporate Affairs Commissions
